Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity working with a diverse student population across grades K-12 in a supportive school environment. This position focuses on providing Physical Therapy (PT) services, with the flexibility to deliver care both virtually (VOCO) and onsite for approximately 3-5 hours per week. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by working closely with students, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalized therapy and support students in reaching their goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed or eligible for Physical Therapy licensure applicable in the state
• Experience providing PT services in a school setting (K-12 exposure preferred)
• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and remote assessments (VOCO)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Capable of collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable managing a caseload using a 1 hour direct to 0.5 hour indirect service ratio as outlined by DPI

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings
• Deliver direct therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each student
• Provide consultative services to staff and caregivers to support student success
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary team planning
• Collaborate on student goals and support strategies across educational settings
