You'll work closely with patients, caregivers, and their care teams to improve independence, functional abilities, safety, and quality of life. If you're looking for a therapy position that combines professional independence, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and meaningful one-on-one patient care, this could be a great opportunity for you!Your responsibilities may include:Providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluationsDeveloping individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needsProviding therapeutic activities and interventions to improve functional independenceTraining patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)Assessing patients' home environments and recommending appropriate safety modifications and adaptive equipmentProviding education and training to patients and caregiversMonitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as neededCollaborating with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other members of the care teamCompleting accurate and timely electronic documentationHome care offers a unique opportunity to get to know your patients and make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
