Retail Channel Marketing Coordinator (Korean Bilingual)

Contract Company Description Onsite Full Time Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and performance-driven Retail Channel Marketing Coordinator to support retail and distribution channel growth across North America. This role will focus on assisting with channel-specific marketing programs that drive sell-through, retail visibility, and promotional performance. Campaign & Content Coordination Assist in aligning digital campaigns with retail launch timelines Coordinate with creative teams for channel-specific assets Assist in assuring brand consistency across all retail touchpoints Support influencer or paid media activations tied to retail events 4. Reporting & Analytics Track sell-through lift during promotional periods Prepare weekly/monthly channel performance reports Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations Support executive-level reporting for key accounts 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution Coordinate with brand partners for product updates and marketing alignment Assist in inventory planning alignment for major campaigns Qualifications Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1-3years experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or retail marketing Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or CPG preferred Strong Excel and reporting skills Experience with retail promotional programs Highly organized with strong project management ability Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Experience: Experience working with national retail chains Knowledge of sell-in vs. sell-through dynamics Experience with retail media platforms Familiarity with trade spend management Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
