Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Provide supervision to all banquet functions promoting courteous and professional service of quality food and beverages in a clean environment.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Supervise banquet staff during assigned banquet functions.
• Supervise the set-up and breakdown of all functions.
• Follow all instructions stated on the Banquet Event Order.
• Remain on the banquet floor at all times except when necessary to perform the required administrative duties.
• Continually train banquet staff on service techniques.
• Supervise Set-Up staff and Bartenders.

This is a casual part-time position working weekends and weekdays.

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Food Service experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $9.80 - $14.70 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
