About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Automotive Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims and processes from anywhere in South Africa . This role is critical in ensuring that warranty claims are accurately submitted, processed efficiently, and approved in a timely manner, thereby maximizing reimbursement from manufacturers. You will liaise between the service department, technicians, and warranty providers, meticulously reviewing repair orders and claim documentation. This position is ideal for an individual with strong administrative skills, a thorough understanding of automotive warranty policies, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, maintaining compliance and financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities Accurately review, process, and submit automotive warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines. Ensure all submitted claims are complete, correct, and supported by appropriate documentation and repair orders. Follow up on outstanding claims, address discrepancies, and resolve claim rejections promptly. Maintain organized digital records of all warranty claims, payments, and related correspondence. Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and warranty company representatives. Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and updates. Requirements Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive parts, service procedures, and warranty claim processes. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and standard office software. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
