- Responsible for human resources support for a multi-site manufacturing facility
- Will be responsible for 4 HR Generalists
- Will be a strategic partner with the executive team and lead employee development, recruiting, succession planning, FMLA and employee relations
Requirements
- Must have 7+ years Human Resource experience out of manufacturing
- 5+ years experience, in a leadership position is required
- BS/BA degree is required
