About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its rehabilitation hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, designing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the hospital's clinical, financial, and operational performance. This role requires a leader who can foster a culture of clinical excellence, operating efficiency, and financial strength, while also prioritizing the well-being of both staff and patients. The CEO will work closely with the senior team, medical director, and medical staff to achieve the organization's goals and will be the primary representative of the hospital to the public, shareholders, and the financial community. Applicants for the CEO position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's, in business, healthcare operations/management, or a clinical discipline. A minimum of 5 years of successful healthcare management experience, preferably as a hospital/healthcare facility CEO or COO, is required. Experience in rehabilitation hospitals is preferred, and a background in Med-Surge hospitals and systems is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a passion for superior clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and partner relationships, and must be adept at fostering a collaborative and cooperative environment. The role also demands a leader who is committed to compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards and who can effectively manage a high-performance team.
