Position Overview: Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism in a busy clinic setting located in the Midwest region of the United States. This role is essential in maintaining smooth patient flow by scheduling appointments, registering patients, updating demographic information, and managing phone communications. Additionally, you may perform phlebotomy duties, including drawing blood samples using venipuncture and other physician-ordered techniques.

Education & Certification

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Certified Medical Assistant credential. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Experience & Skills

At least six months of office experience, ideally within a medical office environment, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is necessary, or the ability to complete a medical terminology course within the first year of employment. Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
