Multifamily Head of Portfolio - Boston, MACHARLESGATE Property Management, LLC (CPM) is redefining how property management is done. Our unique POD operating model blends the on-the-ground attentiveness of traditional multifamily management with the efficiency and scalability of the single-family rental industry. Reporting to the Regional Portfolio Manager, the Portfolio Manager- Multifamily is responsible for the strategic, financial, and operational performance of a designated multifamily portfolio. This role drives portfolio profitability, client satisfaction, occupancy performance, and team execution while ensuring legal, maintenance, and safety compliance. The position provides leadership to POD team members and owns owner relationships, reporting, and strategic planning.The Multifamily Head of Portfolio is accountable for the performance of their portfolio and leading their team members within their portfolio to ensure an excellent experience for clients and residents.
