Real Estate Associate Attorney - Midlevel to Senior

Perkins Coie LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a midlevel real estate associate to join our Real Estate & Land Use practice group. This position is available at our Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, and Bellevue offices. The practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investment across a variety of property types and industry sectors, including an active and growing data center practice encompassing colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions and dispositions serving hyperscalers, institutional capital, and infrastructure developers. Responsibilities Draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents Interface directly with clients and counterparties Provide business judgment and anticipate issues to structure solutions Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and counterparties Collaborate in‑office with the team Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant transactional real estate experience Familiarity with AI tools (large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration) preferred Strong drafting, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills Client‑obsessed, responsive, entrepreneurial, and ambitious Ability to think beyond the transaction and focus on client outcomes Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $365,000 to $420,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
