Apply now to join our quickly growing automotive team.There will be a competitive pay plan based on experience plus performance-based bonuses!Job Responsibilities:Understand and implement dealership sales processManage internet leads in a timely manner in order to generate appointments Set appointments for potential customers to meet with Sales AssociatesEstablish relationships with clients, following up via email, text, and phone callsContribute to the success of dealership by working professionally with a positive attitudeCollect information and document in the CRM to complete the contactAssist customers in vehicle selectionWork in a team driven environment to meet goals and monthly targetsQualifications:Must have drive, passion and confidence to be successfulStrong computer skillsStrong verbal communication skills and phone etiquette requiredPrior Automotive BDC is a PlusPrevious experience using a CRM to manage customer leads is a PlusReliable Transportation to workSelf-starter and self- motivatorProfessional appearance and work ethicExcellent writing and typing skillsValid Drivers licenseBilingual is a PlusWhat we offer:401k Retirement savings planHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid VacationShort/Long Term DisabilityLife Insurance
