Field Sales Representative - Fluid Systems and Filtration Products

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is a leading distributor of fluid control systems, fluid filtration systems, fluid handling products, micro-electronics, and general industrial supply. We sell to a broad base of customers in industries such as electronic component and equipment manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, water & waste treatment, metal finishing, pollution control and life sciences companies. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Outside Sales professional to own and grow a sales territory in Miami, FL and surrounding markets. You’ll build strong customer relationships, hunt for new business, and provide customers with technical solutions across fluid control, fluid filtration, and fluid handling products. Essential Functions Own and grow your territory by strengthening existing accounts and aggressively pursuing new business opportunities Build relationships and uncover customer needs to identify opportunities for additional products, applications, and solutions Drive sales growth through prospecting, referrals, customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical training Develop a weekly sales call plan focused on maximizing customer exposure ( minimum 5 sales calls per day ) Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in ACS ( minimum 3 times per week ) Partner with Inside Sales, the RSM, and other team members to win business and solve customer challenges Stay current on products, applications, and market opportunities to continually grow your expertise and sales results Experience, Education and Skills HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of outside/field sales or account management experience with a demonstrated track record of sales success Industrial sales experience with fluid control, fluid filtration, or fluid handling products preferred Strong hunter mentality , relationship-building skills, and ability to identify and close new business Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical products and applications Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead sales efforts and facilitate customer training Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel throughout the territory We Offer Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits , including medical, dental, vision, vacation, holidays, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) with Company match Career advancement opportunities — we promote from within and reward employees who contribute to our growth The opportunity to build your territory, grow your income, and advance your career with a company that values sales performance and initiative Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
