Lead Global Payroll for an Innovative, International Organization 212° Titans is partnering with a confidential global technology organization to identify an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across multiple countries. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a high-performing payroll function supporting approximately 500 employees worldwide while driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and partnering with HR, Finance, and Technology leaders. •8-10+ years of progressive payroll experience
•Previous leadership experience managing payroll professionals
•Global/international payroll experience
•Multi-state U.S. payroll experience
•Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and/or Workday HCM
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting)
•Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
•Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
•Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills Benefits

- Lead and mentor a global payroll team responsible for payroll processing across multiple countries.
- Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing for approximately 500 employees.
- Drive payroll process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, and IT to improve payroll integrations and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations.
- Oversee payroll tax compliance, audits, reconciliations, and year-end processing.
- Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and vendors.
- Maintain SOX compliance and support internal and external audit requests.
- Review payroll reporting and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and automation.
- Support equity compensation, bonus, and incentive payment processing.
•8-10+ years of progressive payroll experience
•Previous leadership experience managing payroll professionals
•Global/international payroll experience
•Multi-state U.S. payroll experience
