Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, applying standardized tools and techniques.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals.
• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Create a safe psychological space for clients to express themselves openly, facilitating healing and growth.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to meet ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Utilize teletherapy tools for remote sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation barriers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse clientele, which may include individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client schedules and responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
