Human Resources Director

Human Resources Director - $130,000 to $150,000 Monocle Talent is assisting a well-established manufacturing organization in seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of HR for its Pennsylvania operation. This role partners closely with operations leadership to drive employee engagement, talent strategy, compliance, and organizational growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day HR functions, serving as a strategic partner to leadership and employees. Manage employee relations, performance management, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution. Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention for hourly, technical, professional, and leadership roles. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, and organizational initiatives. Administer compensation, benefits, payroll oversight, leave management, and HR compliance. Maintain HR policies, employee records, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Develop HR metrics and reporting to support recruiting, retention, and overall workforce effectiveness. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environments. Strong experience in employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, payroll partnership, and HR compliance. Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience using HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office. Preferred SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar certification. Multi-site HR experience and familiarity with OSHA, ISO, and compliance-driven operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monocle Talent
