Social Media Manager

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. This isn't a role for someone who casually scrolls TikTok. We're looking for someone who's obsessed with storytelling, understands what makes content go viral, and gets excited about turning everyday moments into millions of views. As our Social Media Manager, you'll own the day-to-day execution of our brand and founder social channels while working directly alongside our Founder and Content Lead. You'll help shape the voice of one of the fastest-growing swimwear brands in the country through compelling content, trend forecasting, strategic planning, and flawless execution. What You'll Do Manage and grow all brand and founder social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Collaborate directly with the Founder and team to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments, founder content, product launches, and day-in-the-life content. Plan, organize, and execute weekly content calendars. Film, edit, and publish high-performing short-form content alongside our content lead. Stay on top of trends, viral sounds, platform updates, and content opportunities before they peak. Brainstorm and pitch new content concepts every week. Coordinate content days, shoots, creator collaborations, and product launches. Write engaging captions, hooks, and storytelling copy. Monitor analytics and use data to optimize content performance. Build systems that keep content organized, scheduled, and running smoothly. Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and community management. Qualifications 2+ years managing social media for a brand, creator, or agency - full time, in office. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. Experience filming and editing short-form video (CapCut, VideoLeap, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Experience using social media analytics to improve performance. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
