Salary Range: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 (based on experience)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Specialist to support engineering and project teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, managing project documentation, facilitating communication across stakeholders, and ensuring projects remain on track from initiation through completion.

As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to support successful project execution and maintain efficient communication across technical and multilingual teams.

What You'll Do

• Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and project coordination activities
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items
• Serve as a liaison between engineering teams, contractors, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
• Assist with project proposals, status reports, presentations, and technical submittals
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budget updates
• Support procurement activities and contract administration processes
• Maintain digital filing systems and ensure proper version control of project documentation
• Facilitate communication during site visits, inspections, and technical reviews
• Help ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or engineering support is preferred; however, entry-level candidates will also be considered
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-30% as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Korean language proficiency
• Experience supporting engineering, technical, infrastructure, or construction projects
• Familiarity with technical documentation and engineering terminology
• Experience working with cross-functional or international teams
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management and project reporting
