Perform quality and food safety inspections, including metal detection, package seals, coding, and packaging materials. Collect microbiological samples and complete pre-operational sanitation verification. Accurately document inspection results, calibrations, and quality findings using electronic systems. Communicate quality concerns promptly and place product on hold when specifications are not met. Support and coach production employees while ensuring compliance with GMPs, SQF standards, food safety, and company safety requirements. YOUR PROFILE: High School Diploma or equivalent required. No prior experience required; quality or food manufacturing experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record and document information. Basic understanding of statistical weight analysis, including averages, mean, median, and allowable variance.
