Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of safety programs and initiatives aimed at ensuring a safe working environment. You will work closely with various teams to promote compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Support risk management efforts by analyzing incidents and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that construction management practices align with occupational health standards.
• Participate in training sessions for employees on safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate records related to workers' compensation claims, incident reports, and safety audits.
• Utilize construction management software to track compliance and safety performance metrics.
• Assist in the coordination of emergency response plans and drills on construction sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, NEC codes, and EHS principles is highly desirable.
• Previous experience or internships in construction site environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles as they relate to workplace safety.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills for managing compliance documentation.
