Job TitleLead Maintenance For A Growing Food Manufacturing OperationJob DescriptionLead and manage the plant maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and LOTO standards. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs. Coordinate maintenance activities to support production schedules in a food manufacturing setting. Monitor and improve maintenance processes for enhanced efficiency and reliability. Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
