Silver Stream Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - RN Unit Manager Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Full-Time Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a nursing unit and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional resident care. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for coordinating resident care, supervising nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting positive clinical outcomes in a supportive and resident-centered environment. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned nursing unit Supervise, mentor, and support LPNs and CNAs Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate clinical interventions Coordinate and participate in resident care planning Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Participate in quality improvement and infection prevention initiatives Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to providing high-quality resident-centered care Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Silver Stream Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
