Unit Manager, RN
Hillcrest Center
Hillcrest Center seeks a Unit Manager, RN to lead day-to-day operations of a nursing unit. In this on-site role, you’ll oversee patient care delivery, supervise and mentor nursing staff, and ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing care plans, coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitoring documentation, and driving quality improvement and safety initiatives. You will support staffing, training, and performance evaluations while serving as a resource to patients, families, and staff to promote positive outcomes and a respectful, patient-centered environment.
