Currently seeking an experience Registered Nurse to take on the role of Unit Manager at a skilled nursing facility located in Philadelphia, PA.

Qualifications:
- Must have current Pennsylvania RN license
- Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
