Service Advisor

Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Brandon, MS. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every client. You will manage service appointments, communicate vehicle service needs clearly, and coordinate with technicians to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments. Listen to customers' vehicle concerns and accurately document service requests. Explain service recommendations and vehicle repairs to customers in a clear and friendly manner. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely service completion and updates. Prepare and process service orders, work with invoicing, and handle payment processing. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, service procedures, and dealership promotions. Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership management software a plus. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
