Oak View Group (OVG) Position Summary The Concessions Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests. The candidate prepares and pours beverages and serves them in a timely manner, ensuring quality of food presentation. The role uses a cash register to accept payment and maintains excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. This role pays an hourly rate of $16.94-$17.06. Benefits for Part-Time Roles 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until August 28, 2026. Responsibilities Conduct the cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transaction. Build orders, prepare food, and have knowledge of all areas in the concessions operations. Maintain stock and supply levels and communicate low‑stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager. Listen to and respond to customer requests or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes. Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly and check guests’ ID to verify minimum age requirements. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Three or more months of experience in the food service industry preferred. Previous cash handling experience preferred. Ability to learn to handle cash and operate a cash register and corresponding system. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co‑workers, managers, volunteers, and guests. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
