Corporate Paralegal

- Coordinate and oversee corporate filings with various governmental agencies.
- Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
- Maintain and update corporate records and databases.
- Support attorneys with corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Research legal and regulatory requirements as needed.
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding corporate matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department.
The Successful Applicant A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:
- Experience with corporate document preparation and management.
- Familiarity with corporate filings and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and corporate record-keeping systems.
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
