Shift Manager - McDonald’s Company-owned and independent Owner‑Operator restaurants are staffed by great people, and we’re looking for more of them. Responsibilities Oversee shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Lead crew and other managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with crew and the next Shift Manager to help them prepare for a great shift. Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals. Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production. Train new team members on critical job functions. Manage inventory, daily maintenance, scheduling, and safety and security.
