Project Program Associate Director

Job Summary The Senior Program Manager (PM) will serve as the Government’s primary point of contact and provide overall supervision and direction for all Contractor personnel assigned to the contract. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the work performed under this contract, to include technical issues and business processes. Diploma + 4 years additional experience Equals Associate’s Degree Associate’s Degree + 4 years additional experience Equals Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 10 years’ experience as program manager Active Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one) Compensation and Benefits Starting pay range: $117,232 – $195,388. Compensation also depends on experience and qualifications. Incentive compensation may be available for full‑time positions based on individual and company performance.
