• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, utilizing individual, group, and family modalities to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, ensuring clients receive well-rounded support.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, applying therapeutic techniques to stabilize their situations with empathy and expertise.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma, helping to foster a healthier community.

Our client population includes individuals from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family issues. As a Telehealth Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, offering culturally sensitive care that addresses their specific needs and circumstances.

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
\n
• Cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective collaboration with individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an emphasis on maintaining accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling.

• Knowledge and experience with telehealth tools and methodologies is an advantage, supporting effective remote therapy practices.

• Experience in community mental health settings or with diverse client populations is preferred, enhancing your capacity to relate to our client base.
