Wage / Hours: This position is a full-time, hourly, and non-exempt position. Our general office hours are 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, with varying shifts for this position. Wage is $22-25 per hour (depending on experience). Bonus program is available for this position, (more details about pay during application process). Location: This position will be performed at the Tukwila location. Job Duties / Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Receivable. Knowledge of Service Titan a plus. Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus. Utilize and toggle between multiple computer screens. Use good judgment and critical thinking skills to assist customers. Record detailed call and account information in database. Maintain positive and friendly demeanor to all customers and employees. Job Requirements / Skills: 1+ years of accounting experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to exercise good judgment and provide the best experience for the customer Degree preferred, but not required Desire to learn and be taught new information Ability to Multi Task daily Ability to Self Start Each Day Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
