Radiology Physician

Island Health is looking to hire a full-time board eligible/board certified Radiologist to join their Diagnostic Imaging Department at Island Health. Radiology services have been in the Anacortes community for over twenty years; this is a unique opportunity to be part of establishing a new radiology practice at Island Health.Seeking someone with a passion for serving a beautiful coastal rural community to join a passionate and patient-centered medical staff working to improve the health and wellness for the entire community of Anacortes and surrounding islands. Duties may include but are not limited to reading CT, US, X-ray, DEXA, Fluoroscopy, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography, as well as perform ultrasound, CT, fluoroscopy and mammography-guided procedures. The Island Health system features diagnostic imaging modalities such as mammography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine with a stress lab, fluoroscopy, MRI, CT, and plain film x-ray. Island Health looks to expand diagnostic imaging services into the interventional radiology space beyond the procedure currently performed.
