Key Responsibilities: Strong Data Analytical Skills to manage data and present information Manage day-to-day accounting activities, AP/AR, and month-end close support. In coordination with the outside accounting firm. Build and maintain Excel-based financial models, Cash Burn analyses, forecasts, and business planning tools. Conduct accurate financial records in QuickBooks and support internal financial reporting. Partner with leadership on budgeting, analysis, and cross-functional financial support in a fast-paced environment. Contribute to an evolving start-up environment who can jump into various mental or accounting tasks as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Well versed in many software applications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and ability to build financial analysis from scratch. Experience with QuickBooks or demonstrated ability to learn accounting systems quickly. Detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable wearing multiple hats. Must be skilled at using software tools such as Salesforce etc. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In-person Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience); including benefits, quarterly, yearly, and performance bonus and strong equity.
