Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. Must be able to communicate and have the ability to work well with others. Visual perception, manual dexterity, good motor skills, skills using small hand instruments, reading comprehension skills, as well as attention to detail required. Ability to work on a deadline, handle stressful situations and take and use constructive feedback.

Requirements:

Specific Responsibilities, Essential Functions and Duties: 

¨ Must complete daily production requirement to BonaDent Dental Laboratories Standards of quality level 9 or 10: 

· Complete models start to finish (pouring, trimming, beveling, mounting, extracting)

¨ Must be able to take constructive criticism and demonstrate ability to adjust based on this criticism 

¨ Must have a firm understanding of BonaDent Standards

¨ Must use critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or problems 

¨ Required to strive for a total team working relationship 

¨ Must make progress towards personal development goals 

¨ Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized and cleanly bench

¨ Must follow standards of conduct as outlined in the employee handbook 

¨ Recognize and report problem cases or cases that need additional prep work

¨ Additional duties and assignments as required or needed

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

This is primarily a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. Finger dexterity is needed to hold and work with the hand tools. The position primarily requires the individual to be mobile, bend, lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds, reach, sit, walk and stare at small objects from close range; requires close attention to detail. This position may require the need to stand for up-to 8-hours per day or sit for up-to 8-hours per day.
