Senior Product Owner - Program & Portfolio Management

Senior Product Owner
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to support a ServiceNow transformation project. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to define product vision, create user stories, and guide the development of ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow implementation.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
- Prioritize the product backlog and ensure development teams understand requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, and ServiceNow developers).
- Review and validate completed work to ensure it meets business needs.
- Support ServiceNow module rollouts such as CSM, ITSM, or CRM.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Product Owner.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially CSM, ITSM, or CRM modules.
- Ability to define product vision and drive transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
