Residential Project Manager

Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets from initial planning through completion. Perform takeoffs, bidding, estimating, and subcontractor buyout activities. Establish baseline construction budgets and monitor cost performance. Coordinate purchasing and material procurement activities. Work closely with internal design and project coordination teams. Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives. Review construction drawings and specifications. Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners. Track project costs, commitments, and change orders. Collaborate with field operations to ensure seamless project execution. Assist leadership with forecasting and pipeline planning. Must-Have Skills: 3+ years of residential project management experience Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and bid management. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
