Our Offer to You: Starting Pay (based on experience) + 3rd Shift Differential 401K and Profit Sharing Retirement Plan Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Parental Leave and Holidays Tuition Reimbursement A diverse and inclusive workforce In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Welds production and less difficult prototype instrumentation piece parts in various materials including stainless steel, precious and semi-precious metals using various types of welding processes which may include TIG and/or MIG. May operate program welding machine to weld production units and also assist machine welding operator in program welding higher volume production units when work load requires it. Welds must pass destructive and non-destructive testing based on certification requirements per individual product. Must maintain individual welding qualification and certification per product requirements. Sets up fixtures and lays out work for production and prototype piece parts. Performs work of a miscellaneous nature as required. For This Role, You Will Need: Three (3) years of welding experience and a High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED), OR One (1) year of welding experience and verified completion of a Welding certificate program Must obtain and maintain applicable company welding certifications. The salary range for this role is $60,000-70,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
