Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities Develops, collects, and maintains compliance-related data, records and standard operating procedures Identifies gaps in documentation or potential areas of non-compliance, suggests resolutions, and/or implements timely corrective action to ensure accuracy and legal compliance Documents and tracks activities to ensure compliance by establishing key performance indicators, assisting operations teams in developing effective solutions, and monitoring pending legislative and regulatory changes Creates and enforces facility operating standards for safety, inventory control, and cannabis compliance, leading all inventory audits and conducting compliance training for employees Maintains a centralized repository of necessary documents for regulatory compliance and tracks, researches, and submits permits, licenses, and renewals to ensure continuous compliance Possesses solid working knowledge of the subject matter, excelling as the on-site compliance leader and subject matter expert on state cannabis regulations.
