Job Summary

A compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is needed to support residents in a long-term care (LTC) setting. This role focuses on providing direct patient care and assisting with daily living activities while ensuring residents comfort dignity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
• Provide mobility assistance and reposition residents as needed
• Maintain a clean safe and supportive environment
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver quality care
• Accurately document patient care activities in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in North Dakota (or compact eligibility)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
