A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its growing team. This is a high-impact role with immediate leadership responsibility and long-term upside into firm ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
- Review and analyze financial statements
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
- CPA preferred
- Strong audit background in public accounting
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Base Salary: $160K - $200K
- Bonus: Discretionary
- Medical & Dental: 80% covered for employee
- 401(k): 3% match
- Profit Sharing: 2% (consistently funded for over a decade)
