Procurement Specialist

Our client is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This individual will partner with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders to manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and spend optimization. Responsibilities Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process Identify cost savings opportunities and help optimize vendor spend Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows We need this person to be available to start and commit to this contract engagement, working remotely from the Pacific NW, and have the following: Qualifications and Experience Degreed Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or technology-related contracts Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract management Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and IT Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Experience in a technology, SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth environment preferred Self-starter who can work independently and drive initiatives from start to finish Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
