Dallas | Hybrid Finance / Transactions Associate (3–6 Years) Lender‑Side / Private Credit / Structured Finance A well‑regarded national law firm is looking to add a mid-level Finance Associate to its Dallas office. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney with experience in lender‑side finance or broader transactional work who wants to work on sophisticated deals in a more balanced, team‑oriented environment.
