- 2+ years of financial aid experience
- Solid work history with at least one verifiable reference
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to accurately interpret and follow federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work in-person at our Esani location
- Ability to use reports and spreadsheets to perform needs-based analyses and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Ability to handle confidential information and always act with integrity
- Communication skills, professional mindset, and a commitment to accuracy
- Organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
THE PART YOU'LL PLAY
Our Finance Coordinator - Financial Aid Specialist is the bridge that connects future professionals to the quality education they need to launch their own careers. You'll work directly with students interested in joining our school, helping them obtain vital financial support and ensuring all activities on our end are fully accurate and compliant.
Highly attentive to detail, you'll review financial documents, speak with students about their finances, and determine their eligibility for grants and loans. You'll make sure all paperwork is processed on time and is completed according to state, federal, and institutional guidelines. Your contributions will help launch the next generation of beauty professionals!
