Pay & Perks Pay: Depending on experience, you'll make $24.00 - $27.00/hour. 401(k) plan Health insurance Dental Vision PTO Life insurance Employee discount Sick time Holiday bonuses Responsibilities Accurately prepare and process paperwork for grants, loans, and counsels Review students' and families' financial status to determine aid eligibility Answer questions and follow up with future professionals as needed to ensure all paperwork is submitted on time Review documents to verify accuracy and regulatory compliance Fully comply with all federal, state, and institutional financial aid guidelines and regulations Appropriately handle confidential information, maintain compliant records, and meet all deadlines Qualifications 2+ years of financial aid experience Solid work history with at least one verifiable reference Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills Ability to accurately interpret and follow federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Ability to work in-person at our Esani location Ability to use reports and spreadsheets to perform needs-based analyses and make data-driven decisions Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff Ideal Candidate Clean and organized Honest, trustworthy, and ethical Communicative and collaborative Highly attentive to detail Professional and motivated to succeed #J-18808-Ljbffr
