Compensation
$204,000 to $247,000 per year, plus a 10% employer retirement contribution, $20,400 to $24,700. The salary range shown is a good faith range for this position. Where a candidate lands within it depends on experience and the specific program.
Benefits
Sterba Cyber Solutions contributes 10% of your base salary to your 401(k) each year, vested the day you start. You are not required to contribute any of your own pay to receive it, and there is no match to chase. Maryland earned sick and safe leave is provided. Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision coverage are not offered at this time. Read the salary range together with the retirement contribution. They are one package.
Other Compensation
A non-elective employer retirement contribution of 10% of base salary, vested on day one. No commission, bonus, or equity component.
