Conflicts Analyst

Conducting thorough conflict checks for new clients and matters, the full-time Conflicts Analyst will analyze reports to identify potential conflicts of interest and collaborate with attorneys to develop resolution strategies in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Perform comprehensive conflict checks using the firm's software for new clients, matters, and lateral hires Analyze conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest and collaborate with attorneys to gather necessary information Develop and implement conflict resolution plans, including obtaining waivers and maintaining detailed records in compliance with firm policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business, or finance; a Juris Doctor (JD) or paralegal certification is a plus Previous experience in conflict analysis, preferably within a law firm or legal department setting Strong understanding of legal ethics, confidentiality, and conflicts of interest rules and regulations Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review complex legal information Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
