Project Executive

I'm currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected General Contractor to find an experiencedProject Executiveto join their leadership team in Charleston, South Carolina. This is a senior operational leadership position for someone who has built a career leading large-scale construction projects, developing high-performing teams, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of projects, clients, and personnel while taking ownership of financial performance, risk management, and strategic planning across the business. What You'll Be Doing Leading and mentoring Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Operations teams Driving project execution, quality, safety, and client satisfaction across multiple projects Acting as the executive point of contact for key clients and project stakeholders Supporting succession planning, talent development, and team growth Collaborating with executive leadership on staffing, promotions, and compensation decisions Providing executive oversight during preconstruction, procurement, and major buyout activities Leading business development efforts and helping secure repeat and new business opportunities Representing the company at industry events, client meetings, and pursuits Participating in strategic go/no-go decisions and growth initiatives Owning P&L performance and overseeing financial forecasting, risk management, and dispute resolution Supporting and overseeing Joint Venture partnerships and executive-level relationships What We're Looking For Progressive construction leadership experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 18+ years of equivalent experience without a degree Proven experience managing teams, developing talent, and leading complex construction operations Strong financial, contractual, and risk management expertise Executive presence with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Background overseeing large commercial construction projects and multiple project teams simultaneously Strong business development mindset with a track record of helping grow a business #J-18808-Ljbffr Luminis Workforce Solutions
