Day to day as an Assistant Manager As an Assistant Manager at CC's Coffee House, you'll lead a dynamic team by effectively coaching, motivating, and supporting your fellow team members. You'll play a crucial role in daily operations, from managing labor and scheduling to maintaining coverage and controlling waste. Your expertise will shine as you conduct performance appraisals and assist in new hire training, ensuring each member upholds our great culture and standards. Delivering outstanding guest experiences will be your priority, as you guide your team to greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
