Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support and contributing to a positive working environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and support the accounting or finance team with various administrative tasks. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. Coordinate meetings, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails and phone calls, with professionalism and tact. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed. Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. A proactive approach to problem‑solving with strong decision‑making capabilities. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting is preferred. Verification of employment is required.
