We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Our office is located in Gonzales, La.. Our office is open M-F 9-5. I have been a State Farm agent since 2000. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of Louisiana State University. We currently have 13 team members at our agency. We have 200+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
