Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Gonzales, LA 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Training & development ROLE DESCRIPTION As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Cliff Ourso - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Insurance license required to start. Customer Service experience preferred. Previous insurance experience preferred. Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employmentdecisions regarding their employees.
